Frequently Asked Questions

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Failure to pay your balance in full by the due data of 10 days in advance, could result in cancellation of your reservation.

The final balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We can accommodate a payment schedule upon request; however, if the balance is not paid in full by that date, your reservation may be cancelled. Please note that we accept cash or check only.

Our indoor facility accommodates up to 140 guests. If you’re planning to use outdoor areas as well, additional capacity may be available—please contact us to discuss the specifics.

In the event you cancel, your initial deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments you have made beyond the deposit will be refunded, less the deposit amount.

Yes. You are welcome to hire any licensed catering company you prefer. Please provide proof of your caterer’s current license and coordinate any kitchen access or rental details with our events team in advance.

We provide designated accessible parking spaces close to the main entrance, and a gently sloped ramp for seamless wheelchair access throughout the venue.
